- Booth design, decoration, and build coordination — From aligning the booth design to placing orders with local build contractors and arranging decoration.
- Floor-plan creation and management — We plan the layout of exhibits and meeting space, then prepare, submit, and manage the floor plan with the organizer.

- Travel-related paperwork — Invitation letters and the other documents your team needs to travel.
- On-site operations on the day — We run the on-site side of your exhibition, in Japanese and English.

Can we engage you for just part of the work? — Absolutely. Freight and customs only, or booth-decoration arrangements only — partial engagements are welcome.
